Responsibilities
- Guide customers and partners in designing and building scalable systems using MongoDB.
- Collaborate with advisory consulting partners on reference architectures and AI blueprints.
- Articulate the business and technical value of MongoDB solutions.
- Support sales activities including technical discovery, demos, and documentation.
- Act as a liaison between field feedback and the Product Management team.
- Drive demand through participation in trade shows and marketing events.
- Build and maintain relationships with technical partners to influence decisions.
- Create strategies that align with industry trends and competitive threats.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of related industry experience, with 2 years in a partner-facing role.
- Minimum of 2 years experience with modern scripting or programming languages.
- Experience implementing scalable distributed systems in cloud and on-prem environments.
- Strong presentation and communication skills to convey complex concepts.
- Ability to work with a cross-functional sales team throughout the deal cycle.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
