Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives across Australia to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Act as the primary technical advisor throughout customers’ Claude adoption journeys, from discovery and evaluation through deployment.
- Support customers building with the Claude API and Claude for Work.
- Create and deliver technical content ranging from engineering deep dives to executive-level business value discussions.
- Guide architecture decisions and help customers integrate Claude into existing technology stacks.
- Help customers develop evaluation frameworks for their specific use cases.
- Identify common integration patterns and share insights with Product and Engineering teams.
- Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops, technical deep dives, and relationship building.
- Maintain knowledge of LLM capabilities and implementation patterns.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate technical concepts to executives, engineering teams, IT teams, and other stakeholders.
- Strong technical communication skills for translating requirements between technical and business audiences.
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
- Comfort with Python.
- Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools, or a background in machine learning or data science.
- Ability to collaborate across organizations, navigate trade-offs, and balance competing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience in a relevant field.
