Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, evaluate, and operationalize enterprise AI agents and multi-agent workflows.
- Develop modern web applications, dashboards, user experiences, backend services, APIs, middleware, and reusable application components.
- Build and maintain MCPs, connectors, API wrappers, and integrations with enterprise systems.
- Implement authentication and authorization patterns including Entra ID, OBO, app registrations, token brokering, and secrets management.
- Develop and deploy containerized agentic workloads in AWS-based environments, including ADP BYOC deployments.
- Support CI/CD, observability, telemetry, deployment automation, scalability, and production readiness.
- Participate in stakeholder workshops, translate business processes into agent-enabled workflows, and prototype and industrialize solutions.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, engineering standards, reference implementations, and reusable patterns.
- Mentor NCG resources and junior engineers within the pod.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of software engineering experience.
- Experience developing REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
- Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or similar languages.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, APIs, and enterprise security patterns.
- Preferred experience with AI agents, MCP servers, LLM platforms, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, LangGraph, CrewAI, or Redpanda ADP.
- Preferred experience with Kafka, Redpanda, event-driven architectures, streaming data, or orchestration platforms.
- Preferred experience integrating with ServiceNow APIs, Workday APIs, SAP APIs, or Microsoft Graph.
- Preferred experience creating production-grade AI applications, workflow automation, or agentic systems.
