Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Perform performance testing of enterprise platforms and applications across multiple environments.
- Develop, maintain, and execute performance scripts, automation scripts, QA test plans, and functional and regression tests.
- Review performance results, troubleshoot test issues, document results, and track and prioritize defects.
- Support product readiness, release cycles, technical governance, design reviews, requirements reviews, and user acceptance testing.
- Define environmental requirements and QA processes with internal teams, external vendors, and onshore and offshore QA teams.
- Direct test automation activities, complete root cause analysis, report QA status, and escalate risks and issues to management.
- Coordinate testing activities with QA domain leads and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 6 years of QA experience for enterprise applications, including functional and automated testing.
- At least 6 years of direct performance-testing experience using tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner, including script development, maintenance, and execution.
- 2-4 years of scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, or another scripting language.
- Experience with SQL, Java, C#, and Oracle.
- Direct experience with Identity and Access Management or other cybersecurity technologies is strongly preferred.
- Experience using JIRA and other collaboration tools is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, prioritization, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
- CISSP or another related certification is preferred.
