Responsibilities
- Work during APAC hours from 3:30 AM to 12:30 PM IST.
- Serve as the senior technical focal point for customer issues.
- Own and resolve assigned cases within strict SLAs.
- Act as a liaison between customers, Product Management, R&D, and Business units.
- Function as the Subject Matter Expert for LivePerson products.
- Analyze recurring issues and implement process improvements.
- Mentor and educate global team members.
- Be available for on-call duty and potential travel.
Requirements
- 7+ years of related experience.
- Proficient in reading and understanding Java/JavaScript/HTML code.
- Strong SQL proficiency.
- Experience in troubleshooting complex technical issues.
- Knowledge of web technologies and protocols.
- Ability to troubleshoot backend systems supporting the platform.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience managing technical communications with enterprise customers.
- Resilience in stressful environments and strong service orientation.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to act on-call for high-severity issues.
- Comfortable in an ambiguous, ever-changing environment.
- Self-learner with a desire to acquire new knowledge.
- Self-management skills and initiative.
- Basic understanding of object-oriented languages and server-side scripting.
