Responsibilities
- Translate rough ideas into clear product concepts and prototypes.
- Utilize AI agents to quickly ship MVPs and production components.
- Design products where AI is integral to the user experience.
- Create effective agent workflows combining prompts and orchestration.
- Determine when prototypes are ready for validation and scaling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address high-impact problems.
- Contribute to frontend, backend, and internal tools as needed.
- Implement evaluations and monitoring for AI systems.
- Document insights and create repeatable patterns from experiments.
Requirements
- Strong product instincts to simplify complexity and identify user pain.
- Builder mindset with a focus on prototyping and refining.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding agents like Claude Code and Codex.
- Deep understanding of task decomposition and context management.
- Familiarity with agent orchestration patterns and API integration.
- Ability to transition from prototype to production with sound judgment.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
