Responsibilities
- Develop, train, and fine-tune machine learning models.
- Clean, preprocess, and engineer features from large datasets and prepare high-quality training data.
- Implement and optimize deep learning models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Support research and development of AI applications involving NLP, LLMs, and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with software engineers to deploy and integrate AI models into production environments and model-integrated API services.
- Conduct experiments and analyze results to improve model accuracy, efficiency, latency, and performance.
- Stay current with advances in AI and machine learning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant hands-on work experience.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning models.
- Hands-on experience with Python and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Familiarity with Pandas, NumPy, and regular expressions for data processing.
- Understanding of model evaluation techniques and performance metrics.
- Experience with model training, fine-tuning, and experimentation.
- Familiarity with NLP and LLM applications.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Hugging Face Transformers or spaCy, exposure to AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, or Azure AI, knowledge of MLOps practices for ML models, and familiarity with AI ethics, bias detection, and model interpretability.
