Base Salary
$69k - $158k/yr
Responsibilities
- Create detailed design specifications and write high-quality code using Python and machine learning frameworks.
- Incubate new initiatives, architect scalable solutions, and drive technology choices for AI/ML capabilities.
- Develop scalable software integrating generative AI capabilities.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy machine learning models, including large language models, for batch and real-time use cases.
- Build machine learning pipelines and use Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and other ML tools to provide low-latency serving and reliable model updates and retraining.
- Collaborate with product managers, operations teams, software engineers, and data scientists to prioritize requirements, make engineering decisions, and quantify business impact.
- Communicate development progress with project teams and maintain quality through development standards and QA procedures.
- Improve technical solutions and processes through discovery, iteration, and feedback.
Requirements
- Proficiency in building distributed systems, containerized applications, orchestration, and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong technical expertise in machine learning and AI, including experience leveraging large language models and generative AI.
- Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Ability to lead across the full stack, architect scalable solutions, and connect technology choices to business needs.
- Experience developing and deploying production-ready ML systems, pipelines, and models at scale.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, operations, and data science teams.
