Base Salary
$210k - $314k/yr
Responsibilities
- Operate and extend multi-cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP.
- Design and maintain networking between cloud services and printers.
- Manage Kubernetes clusters and Istio service mesh.
- Own infrastructure as code initiatives using Terraform.
- Lead improvements to CI/CD pipelines for faster and safer software delivery.
- Participate in on-call duties and drive incident response.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other engineers.
Requirements
- Seven or more years of experience in production cloud infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in AWS or GCP and working proficiency in the other.
- Strong networking fundamentals including VPCs, DNS, and load balancing.
- Expert-level experience with Terraform and managing state at scale.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
- Strong Kubernetes expertise with experience in production clusters.
- Experience with service mesh, ideally Istio, and traffic management.
- Fluency in Linux and at least one scripting language like Python or Go.
- Strong communication, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
