Responsibilities
- Lead functional, regression, and end-to-end testing for ServiceNow IRM, compliance tools, risk events, and risk-profile reporting.
- Create and maintain test plans, test strategies, test scenarios, and test data across 1LOD, 2LOD, and 3LOD.
- Translate user stories and acceptance criteria into test cases and ensure coverage aligns with business requirements.
- Perform release and upgrade impact analysis, defect analysis, test reporting, and UAT support.
- Manage testing across GRC program towers and collaborate with product owners, developers, business teams, and process leads.
- Recommend improvements to testing strategy and automation coverage and support CI/CT/CD pipeline implementation.
- Provide consultation, mentoring, guidance, and leadership to the GRC program testing team.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of overall experience, including at least four years of hands-on GRC experience in risk management, compliance management, risk reporting, and enterprise data management.
- At least four years of ServiceNow domain experience, particularly ServiceNow IRM, and at least two years in a leadership role managing a GRC program team.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow IRM QA, functional testing, STLC, compliance testing, issue management, incident management, control testing, PRC taxonomy, and advanced risk and compliance management.
- Experience with at least one testing tool and familiarity with ADO/Azure DevOps, Jira, the ServiceNow testing module, or Bugzilla.
- Knowledge of agile testing methodologies, Jira/Azure DevOps integration, and testing lifecycles.
- Bachelor of Technology or Master of Business Administration degree.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist—IRM or GRC certification is preferred.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and ServiceNow ATF test integration is preferred.
- Selenium with Java, Playwright, experience in large global financial institutions, and strong documentation, communication, and defect-tracking skills are preferred.
