Responsibilities
- Define and implement test strategies, test plans, test cases, test scripts, and defect-tracking processes for Salesforce Commerce Cloud initiatives.
- Test Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager, storefronts, configurations, shipping methods, buying flows, and different viewport experiences.
- Test integrations including CyberSource, Avalara Tax, Klarna, Apple Pay, PayPal, Narvar, UPS, USPS, Social Logins, Kount, Power Reviews, and Einstein.
- Review and optimize test cases to maximize coverage and efficiency.
- Report and track quality metrics while ensuring adherence to release timelines.
- Participate in sprint activities, requirements walkthroughs, stakeholder collaboration, and go-live planning.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of QA experience, including at least 2 years in a QA role.
- Proven experience testing Salesforce Commerce Cloud platforms.
- Strong working knowledge of the SFCC Business Manager tool and configurations.
- Deep understanding of eCommerce domains, user journeys, and buying flows.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, qTest, TestRail, or similar test management tools.
- Strong analytical, leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and reporting skills.
- Exposure to automation testing is a plus.
