Responsibilities
- Lead functional and regression testing for ServiceNow IRM, compliance tools, risk events, and risk profile reporting.
- Design and maintain end-to-end test scenarios, test plans, test strategies, and test data sets across GRC program towers and lines of defense.
- Translate user stories and acceptance criteria into test cases in collaboration with product owners, developers, and process leads.
- Conduct release, upgrade, and defect-fix impact analysis and identify required test coverage.
- Provide test reporting, defect analysis, and UAT support during releases.
- Recommend improvements to testing strategy, automation coverage, and DevOps integration.
- Support automated CI/CT/CD pipeline implementation.
- Provide consultation, mentoring, guidance, and leadership to the GRC program testing team.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience, including at least 4 years in the ServiceNow domain with emphasis on ServiceNow IRM and at least 4 years in GRC.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role managing a GRC program team.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow IRM QA, functional testing, integrated risk management, compliance management, risk reporting, and enterprise data management.
- Knowledge of the STLC and at least one testing tool, including Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow testing tools, or Bugzilla.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, Jira/Azure DevOps integration, and the test lifecycle.
- Bachelor of Technology or Master of Business Administration qualification.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification in IRM or GRC is preferred.
- Experience with ServiceNow ATF, Selenium with Java, Playwright, CI/CD pipelines, and ATF test integration is preferred.
- Experience in large global financial institutions and strong documentation, communication, and defect-tracking skills are preferred.
