Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and translate them into software designs and solutions.
- Design, code, test, modify, and maintain software modules and applications.
- Automate software validation by creating and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Analyze defects and system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend performance improvements.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and on-time software delivery.
- Prepare code documentation, flowcharts, reports, project specifications, status updates, and MIS reporting.
- Coordinate with project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, and clients.
- Gather client requirements and clarifications, provide feedback on usability and serviceability, and maintain customer focus.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities to maintain current programming and delivery practices.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory skills in Telecom and Telco Cloud Orchestrator.
- Ability to analyze requirements, software processes, data usage, system flows, and work processes.
- Ability to develop software, troubleshoot defects, test solutions, and improve system performance.
- Ability to document technical solutions and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to support customer interactions, status reporting, quality assurance, and on-time delivery.
