Responsibilities
- Build prototypes and production-ready AI agents, automations, internal applications, and workflows.
- Work directly with users to convert business problems into working AI solutions.
- Use Microsoft 365, Copilot, and modern AI technologies to test, iterate, and deploy solutions.
- Create reusable components, patterns, and best practices for future development.
- Own and prioritize the company-wide AI opportunity pipeline and support Product Engineers.
- Run workshops, demonstrations, and coaching sessions to drive AI adoption.
- Identify solutions with broader potential and partner with the AI Platform Team to scale them.
- Measure business value and feed recurring needs and learnings into the platform roadmap.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of modern software development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience building AI-powered solutions, agents, automations, or copilots.
- Experience with Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Graph, Entra ID, Power Platform, or Azure AI services.
- Experience integrating systems through APIs and building workflow automations.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools in daily software development.
- Experience taking solutions from prototype through production and adoption.
- Experience with one or more modern programming languages, such as Python, C#, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders and deliver measurable business outcomes.
