Technical Lead – GenAI & Cloud Engineering

Responsibilities
- Own technical architecture and solution design for complex projects.
- Lead and mentor engineering teams and drive technical decisions.
- Design and build cloud-native applications on Google Cloud Platform and optimize BigQuery solutions.
- Develop Python backend applications and REST APIs using FastAPI.
- Integrate OpenAI APIs and other large language models into enterprise applications.
- Design and implement Generative AI solutions, AI-driven workflows, and automation capabilities.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, technical assessments, and technical risk mitigation.
- Oversee the software development lifecycle from design through production support.
- Support version control, CI/CD, testing, deployment, release management, monitoring, security, and performance optimization.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory spoken and written Swedish proficiency.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, Python, FastAPI, OpenAI API integration, and Generative AI solutions.
- Experience leading development teams and driving technical decisions.
- Experience with microservices architecture, distributed systems, AI agents, workflow automation, cloud security, IAM, CI/CD, automated testing, data platforms, monitoring, observability, database design, and optimization is preferred.
- Experience conducting code reviews, defining technical roadmaps, and enforcing engineering best practices is preferred.
- GCP or AI/Generative AI certifications are preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience working in hybrid and distributed teams is preferred.
