Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable enterprise-grade agentic AI architectures on Microsoft Azure.
- Build and optimize LLM-powered applications and RAG pipelines using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Azure-native services.
- Architect and deploy multi-agent systems using Semantic Kernel and orchestration layers.
- Apply prompt engineering and AI frameworks to improve model performance, grounding, and response quality.
- Integrate Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse, and vector search capabilities for scalable embedding and retrieval.
- Implement responsible AI, governance, compliance, monitoring, evaluation, security, and risk mitigation controls.
- Develop end-to-end AI solutions in Python with Azure SDKs and support production performance tuning.
- Lead architecture discussions, communicate AI concepts, and align solution designs with enterprise transformation goals.
Requirements
- Deep expertise with Azure agentic AI architecture, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure Machine Learning.
- Experience building LLM applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines, and multi-agent systems.
- Expertise with Semantic Kernel, LangChain, prompt engineering, Azure AI Search, and vector retrieval.
- Strong Python programming skills and experience with Azure SDKs.
- Experience integrating Azure Databricks and Azure Synapse with AI and retrieval solutions.
- Knowledge of responsible AI, governance, compliance, model evaluation, security, and risk mitigation.
- Ability to lead architecture discussions and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
