Responsibilities
- Develop applications and services primarily with React and .NET on Azure or AWS PaaS offerings.
- Design application architecture using diagrams and technical design documents.
- Build scalable, highly available, and cost-optimized microservices.
- Design and implement APIs and event-driven solutions.
- Use Docker and Terraform for containerization and infrastructure provisioning.
- Integrate security practices into the software development lifecycle.
- Work with NoSQL databases and distributed storage systems.
- Implement monitoring and observability tooling for system performance and resource utilization.
- Interpret functional and non-functional requirements and independently deliver reliable software.
- Mentor engineers and provide feedback on architecture, documentation, and code quality.
- Estimate and plan work through user stories and tasks.
- Participate in interviewing, recruiting, and hiring as the team grows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 6 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer or Software Engineer.
- Strong experience with C# and .NET 6 or later.
- Senior-level experience with ASPX Pages and React.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Terraform.
- Experience with AWS and/or Azure, with deep experience in either preferred.
- Production experience developing and implementing microservices.
- Experience building and consuming APIs in modern software architectures.
- Experience with event-driven architecture.
- Experience integrating security into the development lifecycle.
- Experience with decentralized or NoSQL databases and distributed storage.
- Experience implementing monitoring and observability tools.
- Very strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced English proficiency for working with US clients.
