Base Salary

$186k - $219k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver blockchain network infrastructure that abstracts protocol complexity into reliable platform APIs.
  • Lead multi-quarter initiatives including chain integrations, re-architecture efforts, and data migrations.
  • Define and maintain APIs, SLOs, observability, and on-call ownership for production systems.
  • Partner with product and platform teams to establish data contracts and deliver SDKs and platform primitives.
  • Develop technical expertise across blockchain protocols such as Bitcoin and Ethereum and simplify cross-chain operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience with ownership of production services in a service-oriented architecture.
  • Experience designing, scaling, and maintaining high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems.
  • Hands-on experience with at least two of Golang, Kafka, Redis, MongoDB, or similar infrastructure technologies.
  • Direct experience with blockchain protocols or crypto infrastructure, such as Ethereum, Bitcoin, or similar L1/L2 networks.
  • Experience decomposing monoliths or legacy architectures into well-bounded microservices with clear API contracts.
  • Ability to use generative AI responsibly with human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
