Responsibilities
- Develop new functionality and continuously improve the existing codebase.
- Contribute across the development lifecycle, including user-story creation and review, design, development, testing, coding, code reviews, automated tests, and support.
- Work with backend, mid-tier, and web frontend technologies.
- Collaborate with Scrum teams to complete sprint deliverables and meet the definition of done.
- Engage internal and external stakeholders to understand needs and gather feedback.
- Apply engineering practices including test-driven development, pair programming, and mob programming.
Requirements
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in several relevant technical areas and willingness to learn the remaining areas.
- Programming experience in C# using the .NET Framework.
- Knowledge of cloud services, infrastructure, pipelines, and architecture, preferably on Azure.
- Familiarity with or hands-on experience using Azure Bicep, Azure CLI, PowerShell, and Bash.
- Understanding of modern web technologies and RESTful API communication.
- Interest in or experience with APL.
- Experience with automated testing and the ability to develop complex architecture.
- Adaptability, proactive and self-driven behavior, an improvement-focused mindset, and strong communication skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
