Base Salary

$120k - $250k/yr

Responsibilities

Own large portions of the product end-to-end, from user research and feature scoping through production delivery.
Build and continuously improve agentic systems for accuracy, reliability, and capability.
Develop full-stack functionality using Go, Vite, React, and TypeScript.
Apply context engineering, tool use, agent architectures, coding agents, automation, and self-scaling workflows.
Talk with users, identify pain points, and scope features that solve meaningful problems.
Work with APIs, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, deployment workflows, and production monitoring and observability.
Review code quickly while maintaining high standards across the codebase.

Proven production experience building backend services in Go (Golang).
0–3 years of professional software engineering experience in full-stack engineering or an equivalent background.
Experience building frontend applications with React and TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, deployment workflows, and production monitoring or observability.
Experience building and consuming REST and/or gRPC APIs in microservices architectures.
Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Startup experience, founding or early-engineer experience, or experience building something from scratch is strongly preferred.
Experience with AI-driven products, agentic systems, LLMs, prompt engineering, or agent orchestration is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, relational databases such as Postgres or MySQL, and NoSQL databases is a strong plus.
AI research experience or experience at an AI coding or tooling startup is a strong plus.
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
