Base Salary
$180k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain a new AI data infrastructure.
- Work cross-functionally with IT, Legal, and Risk on AI governance.
- Implement ethical AI frameworks and compliance standards.
- Support model deployment and monitoring of systems.
- Assess and integrate new AI tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, AI operations, or governance.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), ETL, and data security.
- Familiarity with AI ethics, regulatory frameworks, and risk management.
- Program Management experience including reporting and documentation.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
