Base Salary

$170k - $206k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic IT Finance initiatives and provide visionary leadership in ERP Finance solutions.
  • Collaborate with business domain leads and application vendors to improve business processes.
  • Align ERP Finance capabilities with enterprise-wide financial strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to solution teams and managers.
  • Serve as a technical advisor to the Finance IT Business Partner.
  • Collaborate with other Solution Architects to ensure alignment across financial systems.
  • Identify strategic finance-related initiatives and drive them to completion.
  • Lead critical SAP Finance projects such as S/4HANA implementation.
  • Foster relationships between IT and Finance departments.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies in financial operations.
  • Participate in architecture review boards as needed.
  • Formulate software and product roadmaps for IT platforms.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of related experience is required.
  • Deep understanding of Finance Applications and ERP best practices.
  • Strong technical design skills to translate financial requirements into ERP solutions.
  • Proven ability to lead ERP Finance implementations and optimize financial processes.
  • Familiarity with financial data flows, compliance requirements, and API integrations.
  • Experience with cloud-based financial platforms and trends in automation.
  • Exceptional communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to distill complex concepts into actionable technical plans.
  • Experience with system architecture methodologies and integration processes.
  • Familiarity with industry architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
