Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve internal technical enablement on Contentful product features and best practices.
  • Develop prescriptive implementation guidance and synthesize it into workshops and enablement materials.
  • Establish a scalable technical enablement practice for continuous education and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to evaluate new features and provide actionable feedback.
  • Translate customer insights into impactful enablement content with Professional Services.
  • Create and maintain a library of enablement materials including usage guidance and architectural recommendations.
  • Develop and deliver internal workshops and technical training for diverse audiences.
  • Lead strategic enablement initiatives that strengthen the internal and partner ecosystem.
  • Support Customer Success Managers as a technical advisor during customer engagements.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in solutions architecture or technical consulting.
  • Deep familiarity with content management systems and modern web development patterns.
  • Practitioner-level code proficiency with modern web frameworks and APIs.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance for various audiences.
  • Strong track record of building and scaling technical enablement programs.
  • Experience working with Customer Success or Professional Services teams.
  • Excellent consultative and communication skills to influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to synthesize customer insights into prescriptive patterns and recommendations.
  • Experience designing and delivering engaging virtual training and workshops.
  • Collaborative mindset with a passion for teaching and knowledge sharing.
