Base Salary
$113k - $238k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor junior, mid-level, and senior Power Platform developers while providing technical guidance and enforcing enterprise development standards.
- Design and deliver scalable Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and Power Pages solutions aligned with enterprise architecture patterns.
- Develop Power BI dashboards, visualizations, reports, charts, and graphs.
- Develop Power Automate workflows and business process automations.
- Extend Model-Driven Apps using C# plugins, Web Resources, and PCF Components.
- Collaborate with business owners and mission partners to refine requirements, improve processes, and prototype solutions.
- Maintain team backlogs using issue and project tracking tools such as ADO or Jira.
- Enforce application lifecycle management best practices across government environments.
- Assist business analysts with requirements development and technical evaluation.
- Manage and respond to user tickets.
- Lead Integrated Product Teams and report on assigned work during developer team sessions.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and an active Secret DoD security clearance are required; candidates able to attain an interim clearance may be considered.
- A BS or MS degree in Information Assurance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline is required, although experience may substitute for education.
- At least 7 years of related technical experience is required.
- Expertise developing and maintaining Microsoft Power Platform applications, including Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Pages/Portals, Portal Management MDA, and Power Apps Pipeline in an Azure environment.
- Experience with C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Liquid, and FetchXML.
- Extensive experience developing Power BI reports, charts, and graphs.
- Experience working on Scrumban teams in an Agile environment.
- Experience leading high-performing developer teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, problem-solving, self-management, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with limited oversight.
- Up to 10% local travel is required.
