Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of Power Platform developers and enforce enterprise development standards.
- Design and deliver scalable Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and Power Pages solutions.
- Develop Power BI dashboards and visualizations and create Power Automate process workflows.
- Extend Model-Driven Apps using C# plugins, web resources, and PCF components.
- Collaborate with business owners and mission partners to refine requirements, improve processes, and prototype solutions.
- Maintain team backlogs using issue and project trackers such as ADO or Jira.
- Enforce ALM best practices across multiple government environments.
- Assist Business Analysts with requirements development and technical evaluation.
- Manage and respond to user tickets and lead Integrated Product Teams.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and an active Secret DoD security clearance are required; the ability to attain an interim clearance will be considered.
- A B.S. or M.S. degree in Information Assurance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline is required, although experience may substitute for education.
- At least 7 years of related technical experience is required.
- Expertise developing and maintaining Microsoft Power Platform applications, including Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Pages/Portals, Portal Management MDA, and Power Apps Pipeline in an Azure environment.
- Experience with C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Liquid, and FetchXML.
- Extensive experience developing Power BI reports, charts, and graphs.
- Experience working on Scrumban teams in Agile environments.
- Experience leading high-performing development teams and working with limited oversight.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, adaptability, and self-management skills are required.
