Responsibilities
- Rebuild the working product into scalable agentic infrastructure.
- Design and operate the agent runtime, including orchestration, memory, verification, and reliability machinery.
- Own end-to-end engineering across backend, infrastructure, frontend, and agent systems.
- Set the technical stack, quality bar, and engineering culture as the first engineering hire.
- Ship weekly improvements to businesses using the live platform.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience shipping production software, or an equivalent track record as a founder or solo builder.
- Demonstrated experience building and operating LLM or AI agent systems in production with real users.
- Full-stack ability spanning backend, infrastructure, UI, architecture, data models, runtime, and orchestration.
- Experience independently owning technical decisions as a founder, early hire, or solo technical lead.
- A track record of shipping products or systems that real people depended on.
- Experience with agent orchestration, agent memory, evaluations, verification systems, or multi-agent workflows is preferred.
- Experience in recruiting, agency, or service-delivery businesses is preferred.
- Based in Europe and willing to relocate to San Francisco within the first year.
Benefits
- Salary of 80,000 to 140,000 EUR annually.
- Visa sponsorship and relocation support to San Francisco are provided from day one.
- Fully remote within Europe initially, with planned in-person relocation to San Francisco.
