Responsibilities
- Lead application systems analysis and programming activities in coordination with technology and management teams.
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain Java-based components, interfaces, microservices, and high-performance APIs.
- Apply Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security, and Spring Integration to application development.
- Develop solutions integrating messaging systems, relational and non-relational databases, authentication mechanisms, and GraphQL.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, defect fixing and triage, root-cause analysis, and release and deployment support.
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support application testing and implementation.
- Advise and coach mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as needed.
- Analyze complex business and system processes and define enhancements, standards, and innovative solutions.
- Assess business and technology risks while maintaining compliance with applicable policies, laws, and regulations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in application development or systems analysis.
- At least 5 years of experience building microservices and working with Spring and Spring Boot.
- Advanced experience with Java, functional programming, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security, and Spring Integration.
- Experience with concurrency, thread-safe code, messaging systems, SQL and MongoDB, API authentication, and CRUD operations.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and development tools including Jenkins, RLM, STS or IntelliJ, SoapUI, Postman, Bitbucket, Git, and JMeter.
- Preferred understanding of the PCF platform and CLI commands and experience with GraphQL.
- Experience with system analysis, software application programming, successful project implementation, and at least one application development subject area.
- Demonstrated leadership, project management, prioritization, and clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or university degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
Benefits
- Full-time position based in Irving, Texas.
- Base salary range of $125,760.00 to $188,640.00 per year.
