Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of cloud-native solutions using AWS and modern software stacks.
- Define system architectures and design patterns focused on scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
- Provide strategic technical guidance and collaborate with stakeholders on technical roadmaps and business objectives.
- Research emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Mentor and coach team members, conduct code reviews, and promote knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, QA, DevOps teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership through coding, design discussions, and resolution of technical challenges.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including performance and reliability metrics, monitoring systems, and lessons-learned meetings.
- Promote software architecture best practices, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on architecture design.
- Extensive expertise in .NET, Java, or NodeJS and AWS cloud services.
- Proven experience designing and implementing scalable, reliable, secure cloud-native solutions.
- Strong leadership experience mentoring and developing engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Familiarity with modern software development practices, tools, frameworks, and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
- AWS Solutions Architect, .NET, or other relevant technology certifications are a plus.
