Responsibilities
- Manage daily tasks for ongoing support of high-technology systems.
- Provide expert opinions and recommendations to project design teams.
- Conduct independent reviews and assessments in specialized areas.
- Interface with management and customer representatives.
- Develop and enforce work standards and review work quality.
- Lead project teams and supervise senior personnel.
- Deploy and maintain containerized environments using Red Hat OpenShift.
- Integrate CMC components within OpenShift infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot deployment and configuration issues.
- Collaborate with technical teams for system reliability.
- Mentor staff on OpenShift operations and best practices.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or Business Management.
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Must be a U.S. citizen due to federal work requirements.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government-issued clearance.
- Kubernetes or OpenShift certifications required.
- Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift.
- Experience installing and configuring Strategy CMC software.
- Strong understanding of containerization and Kubernetes concepts.
- Experience with Linux system administration.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong communication skills for mentoring and knowledge transfer.
