Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable configurations and customizations within the Salesforce platform.
- Build robust, maintainable declarative solutions and collaborate on programmatic solutions when necessary.
- Own and optimize data pipelines and API integrations between Salesforce and core People systems.
- Maintain strict data privacy standards for sensitive HR data.
- Own the deployment pipeline for smooth releases of new HR features.
- Monitor app health and performance, triaging incidents with urgency.
- Build complex reports and dashboards to track key metrics for the People team.
- Translate business requirements into a prioritized Salesforce product roadmap.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into scalable technical requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Engineer, Platform Specialist, or Advanced Administrator.
- Deep knowledge of HR Service, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Proficient with Salesforce Flow and data migration tools.
- Proven experience handling highly confidential data with strict governance.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder are highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills to set clear expectations with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects in high-pressure environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
