Base Salary
$175k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and own core product features for AI agents in logistics.
- Translate customer business needs into scalable software solutions.
- Design and implement data pipelines and backend systems.
- Ship end-to-end features in a SaaS environment.
- Collaborate with engineering on architecture and product decisions.
- Help define product engineering standards at Pallet.
Requirements
- 4+ years of backend or full-stack experience for Mid-level; 6+ years for Senior-level.
- Strong backend and systems engineering fundamentals.
- Experience owning core product or infrastructure in a SaaS environment.
- Focus on reliability, performance, and architecture.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Excited to work in-office 5 days a week in SF or NYC.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Node.js, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
