Base Salary
$115k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate internal automation and tooling development.
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for software delivery.
- Automate repetitive engineering and operational workflows.
- Build and maintain internal tooling and scripts for productivity.
- Monitor system health and investigate incidents using observability tools.
- Act as a tier 2 escalation point for diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to drive systemic improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional engineering experience.
- Experience with AI tools and processes, including Claude Code and/or Codex.
- Strong understanding of version control tools, particularly GitHub.
- In-depth knowledge of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on experience with observability tools like New Relic or Sentry.
- Familiarity with Java Spring Boot, Angular, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
- Experience developing tools and scripts for process improvement.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and their maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Passionate about technical documentation and knowledge base development.
