Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of frontend features using JavaScript, React, and GraphQL.
  • Build and maintain design libraries in collaboration with UX designers and frontend engineers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess the feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Apply software development best practices and design patterns.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members through design and code reviews.
  • Work with senior leadership to develop a technical roadmap.
  • Foster a collaborative learning culture through knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • BS or advanced degree in computer science.
  • 8+ years of software development experience with web applications.
  • Expertise in JavaScript, React, GraphQL, HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks.
  • Proven experience in client-side software design and implementing reusable components.
  • Successful history of leveraging AI for development.
  • Experience using Git in a professional environment.
  • Experience writing automated tests with frameworks like Cypress or Selenium.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud service providers.
  • Understanding of web application, SOA, and microservices patterns is a plus.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup is a plus.
