Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve customer technical issues across various cloud security domains.
- Troubleshoot cloud connector and integration failures across multiple platforms.
- Diagnose workload scanning and runtime security issues.
- Analyze vulnerability findings and validate detection accuracy.
- Support shift-left security workflows including CI/CD scanning.
- Design and implement automation to scale support operations.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in customer support or a related role.
- 2+ years working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- 1+ years of experience with Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications.
- Strong understanding of cloud security fundamentals.
- Experience reading and debugging code in languages like Python or Java.
- Proficiency with command-line tools and Linux environments.
- Familiarity with AI-driven tooling and current AI landscape.
