Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve customer technical issues across various cloud security domains.
  • Troubleshoot cloud connector and integration failures across multiple platforms.
  • Diagnose workload scanning and runtime security issues.
  • Analyze vulnerability findings and validate detection accuracy.
  • Support shift-left security workflows including CI/CD scanning.
  • Design and implement automation to scale support operations.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in customer support or a related role.
  • 2+ years working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • 1+ years of experience with Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security fundamentals.
  • Experience reading and debugging code in languages like Python or Java.
  • Proficiency with command-line tools and Linux environments.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tooling and current AI landscape.
