Responsibilities
- Build and integrate tools to optimize contracting, eligibility, and billing processes.
- Act as an informal leader by mentoring others and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Leverage AI and ML tooling to deliver innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to shape future technology direction.
- Lead large projects and anticipate infrastructure needs.
- Research and advocate for new technologies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience writing readable, tested, and efficient code.
- Familiarity with LLMs and GenAI best practices.
- Experience with modern back-end web frameworks like Rails or Python.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React or Vue.
- Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Solid debugging and optimization skills.
- Experience with APIs for mobile applications.
- Expertise in SDLC processes and frameworks.
- Interest in learning new tools and technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
