Base Salary
$80k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members and customers to understand RTSM requirements.
- Configure RTSM solutions based on customer requirements.
- Lead design review meetings with customers.
- Provide RTSM expertise and guidance during solution design.
- Manage and configure data integration solutions.
- Facilitate and troubleshoot issues related to complex systems and projects.
Requirements
- Two-year degree or equivalent experience.
- At least two years of customer service or other client relationship experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office and text-editing software.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Preferred qualifications include at least one year of RTSM/IRT experience, at least one year in the life sciences industry, and experience with Veeva Vault.
