Responsibilities

  • Embed with business teams to understand workflows, pain points, and automation opportunities.
  • Design, build, prototype, and deploy AI-powered productivity tools across business functions.
  • Build, orchestrate, and monitor agentic and multi-agentic AI workflows.
  • Deliver solutions end to end from discovery through implementation, rollout, and adoption.
  • Create reusable AI frameworks and platforms to accelerate future enterprise deployments.
  • Ensure production solutions are reliable, usable, scalable, and measurable.
  • Translate business problems into scalable engineering solutions and partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide team members while supporting multiple workstreams globally.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or applied AI.
  • Experience designing and deploying production-grade systems in cloud environments.
  • Experience building and deploying AI/ML systems, preferably involving LLMs or generative AI.
  • Experience with agentic or multi-agentic AI workflow orchestration and monitoring.
  • Ability to work across APIs, data pipelines, and front-end interfaces as needed.
  • Deep understanding of system design, distributed systems, scalable architectures, reliability, and security.
  • Knowledge of data engineering and analytics workflows.
  • Experience working with global, cross-functional teams and enterprise AI governance, security, and compliance considerations.
  • Strong product and user mindset, communication skills, ownership, and ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Experience mentoring and guiding team members.
  • Preferred: familiarity with ERP, CRM, workflow tools, Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, the broader Microsoft ecosystem, forward-deployed or solutions engineering roles, consulting, process optimization, automation, or digital transformation.
