Responsibilities
- Lead integration projects from initiation through completion while managing timelines and milestones.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with clients.
- Assess client systems and requirements to design integration solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions during integration projects.
- Advise clients on effective use of Open REST APIs.
- Create and present actionable integration plans for MaintainX and customers.
- Act as the primary client contact during integration projects.
- Maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and support.
- Train client personnel to use integrated systems effectively.
- Collaborate with MaintainX Integration, Engineering, and Product teams to prioritize customer needs.
- Translate client requirements with Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, and Integration Developers.
- Communicate customer requirements to third-party solution integrators and manage related projects.
Requirements
- Experience in technical consulting, such as solutions architecture, sales engineering, product management, or software development.
- Ability to organize and consolidate customer data from various formats and source applications.
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, APIs, and data transformation.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Detail- and process-oriented approach with the ability to manage projects involving external and internal stakeholders.
- Critical thinking and ability to develop practical customer solutions.
- Excellent written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills.
- Experience with integration tools such as Workato, Boomi, Tray.io, and/or Zapier.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, and other third-party integrations is preferred.
- Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of IoT sensors, historians, SCADA, PLCs, and Industry 4.0 technologies is preferred.
