Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with design and product teams to implement user-friendly features.
- Mentor and support the growth of web engineers within the organization.
- Enhance the maturity of the front-end technology strategy and stack.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend software engineering.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript, with familiarity in modern frameworks.
- Ability to optimize architecture and performance of web applications.
- Experience with full stack development in Python is a plus.
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Sketch is beneficial.
