Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain AI-powered enterprise applications using C#, .NET, cloud-native technologies, and LLMs.
  • Develop and optimize RAG solutions using enterprise data, embeddings, vector search, and semantic search.
  • Integrate AI capabilities through AWS Bedrock or similar platforms, including prompt engineering, guardrails, and safety controls.
  • Build conversational and agentic experiences integrating MCP tools, functions, and servers.
  • Partner with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI systems and establish evaluation, observability, and monitoring practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong programming and system design skills in .NET or Java, including experience building APIs and cloud-native backend services.
  • At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience developing enterprise applications with C# and .NET.
  • Hands-on experience with RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and cloud AI platforms such as AWS Bedrock or equivalent.
  • Experience designing agentic workflows, integrating MCP tools and servers, and building chat or conversational AI experiences.
  • Preferred qualifications include strong C#/.NET enterprise application experience, recent experience incorporating AI into products or workflows, and the ability to work across architecture, development, integration, and production support.
