Base Salary
$180k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered workflows that translate customer-configured natural-language rules into understandable, trustworthy, and debuggable experiences.
- Build human-in-the-loop interfaces including flexible approval chains, escalation flows, and dashboards.
- Own work end-to-end from identifying what to build through shipping and validating it with real customers.
- Help shape fundamental product architecture and engineering practices as the team scales.
- Collaborate directly with design and product in a cross-functional product team.
- Take production responsibility for revenue-critical infrastructure, including on-call coverage.
Requirements
- Experience building and shipping high-quality web applications in product-led businesses.
- Experience with modern frontend development, such as React and TypeScript.
- Strong visual attention to detail and the ability to faithfully bring UX designs to life.
- Customer-focused approach with interest in understanding why a feature is being built.
- Comfort with ambiguity, early ideation, work-in-progress feedback, and adapting to input.
- Clear and thoughtful communication.
- Comfort with production responsibility and on-call work.
