Responsibilities
- Plan projects, estimate work, and understand feature requirements.
- Develop requested functionality, domain entities, business rules, and complex algorithms.
- Design and implement software and APIs using new practices and technologies.
- Fix bugs reported by customers or the Quality team.
- Perform feature and unit testing and support Quality testing when needed.
- Commit code to the source-code repository and follow internal procedures using Jira.
- Support Sustaining and Customer Success teams through chats and meetings when needed.
- Contribute to technical documentation with UX and Product teams.
- Develop proofs of concept to research new technologies.
- Write clean, well-structured code and generate application data for Web Analytics tools.
- Keep current with emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Completed higher-education degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in the role.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming and systems architecture.
- Intermediate Java 8 or later, Spring Boot 2 or later, Spring JPA, Hibernate, RabbitMQ, and Keycloak.
- Knowledge of SOLID principles.
- Knowledge of Jira, Git, Docker, Jenkins for CI/CD, and Web Analytics.
- Java OCP certification, AngularJS or VueJS, JavaScript, Sonar, and additional Jenkins CI/CD experience are differentiators.
