Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, document, maintain, and enhance enterprise software solutions across the business.
- Support internal customers from product design through manufacturing and translate customer requirements into product specifications.
- Lead and advise full-stack developers on technical solutions and provide mentoring and training.
- Facilitate code reviews, recommend development best practices, and advance software processes and architecture.
- Communicate project status, application stability, technical information, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Work on a two-week sprint cadence across multiple development and product teams.
- Travel up to 30%.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 10+ years of programming experience with .NET, C#, .NET Core, Angular, SQL, Azure DevOps Cloud, and GitHub.
- 3+ years of experience leading a team of full-stack developers in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise applications.
- 5 years of experience with business process automation.
- Expertise in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Visual Studio, .NET Framework, RESTful services, WPF, WCF, Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, client/server and multi-tier design, object-oriented methodologies, schema design, connectivity methodologies, and GUI development.
- Strong mathematics and/or engineering background, problem-solving ability, communication skills, organization, and attention to detail.
- C#, Visual C++, or another high-level programming language is recommended.
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to understand technical material and collaborate with engineers, programmers, designers, drafters, and product management personnel.
