Base Salary
$176k - $282k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop software applications and prototypes using Gradle, Java, and Python.
- Gather and evaluate end-user and customer requirements.
- Write, test, debug, and deploy code; conduct code reviews and resolve defects and performance issues.
- Design accessible user interfaces and interfaces or bridges to external requirements-management tools.
- Explore LLM and AI integration opportunities and customize LLM interfaces for customer requirements and users.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, subject-matter experts, and leadership on strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to project planning and mentor junior software engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or four additional years of relevant software engineering experience in place of the degree.
- Fourteen years of software engineering experience on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Compliance with DoD8570 IAT2.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Ability to work in a full-stack development environment with Linux and basic networking skills.
- Ability to meet government security-investigation and classified-information access eligibility requirements.
