Base Salary
$176k - $282k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop software applications and prototypes using Gradle, Java, and Python.
- Write, test, debug, deploy, and maintain scalable software solutions.
- Gather and evaluate end-user and customer requirements.
- Customize LLM access and interfaces and explore AI integration opportunities.
- Design accessible user interfaces and bridges to external requirements-management tools.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot defects and performance issues, and maintain software quality.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, subject-matter experts, and leadership on strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to project planning and mentor junior software engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline plus 14 years of relevant software engineering experience.
- Four additional years of software engineering experience on comparable projects may substitute for the bachelor’s degree.
- Proficiency in Linux and basic networking skills in a full-stack development environment.
- Compliance with DoD8570 IAT2.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Eligibility to access classified information following a government security investigation.
