Responsibilities
- Translate client business use cases and technical requirements into scalable technical designs.
- Architect, develop, and productionize GenAI and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise workloads.
- Define architecture, technologies, frameworks, design patterns, scalability, security, and non-functional requirements.
- Write and review application architecture and high-level design documentation for development teams.
- Evaluate solution options, conduct proofs of concept, and select approaches that meet client requirements.
- Review architecture and code for extensibility, scalability, security, user experience, and engineering best practices.
- Investigate code and review issues through systematic root-cause analysis and communicate technical decisions.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, developers, and cross-functional client teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of total experience.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, Transformer architectures, RAG patterns, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, distillation, and GenAI evaluation.
- Expert-level Python skills and experience writing clean, efficient, production-ready, maintainable code.
- Strong experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, LangSmith, Hugging Face Transformers, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Production experience deploying and scaling GenAI solutions on Azure or AWS, including managed AI/ML services.
- Strong understanding of vector databases such as Weaviate and Neo4j.
- Proficiency with FastAPI and at least one ORM such as SQLAlchemy or Tortoise ORM.
- Ability to build APIs, integrate databases, and design scalable enterprise AI systems.
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol and contributions to open-source GenAI projects.
- Experience delivering at least one production GenAI or Agentic AI solution.
- React or another JavaScript framework experience is desirable for user-facing interfaces and front-end integrations.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
