Responsibilities
- Translate client business use cases and technical requirements into technical designs and scalable GenAI or Agentic AI solutions.
- Map technical decisions to requirements and communicate designs to development teams.
- Evaluate alternative solutions and select technologies that best meet client requirements.
- Define guidelines and benchmarks for non-functional requirements during implementation.
- Write and review architecture, framework, and high-level design documents.
- Review architecture and design for extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, and non-functional requirements.
- Develop overall solutions and define the technologies, patterns, and frameworks needed to implement them.
- Analyze technology integration scenarios and apply the findings to projects.
- Resolve code and design review issues through systematic root-cause analysis.
- Conduct proofs of concept to validate proposed designs and technologies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of total professional experience.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, including GPTs, Llama, Claude, Gemini, Qwen, Mistral, and BERT-family models, and Transformer architectures.
- Expert prompt engineering skills and experience implementing RAG architectures and patterns.
- High proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, LangSmith, Hugging Face Transformers, Scikit-learn, and PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with fine-tuning, distillation, model evaluation, computer vision, deep learning, NLP, and Generative AI technology stacks.
- Experience using managed AI/ML services such as Azure Machine Learning Studio and AI Foundry.
- Strong understanding of vector databases such as Weaviate and Neo4j.
- Ability to build complex deep learning and GenAI pipelines and productionize AI systems on Azure or AWS.
- Ability to write production-ready Python code and build APIs with FastAPI and at least one ORM, such as SQLAlchemy or Tortoise ORM.
- Experience scaling GenAI solutions for enterprise workloads and successfully delivering at least one production GenAI or Agentic AI solution.
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol and contributions to open-source GenAI projects.
- React or another JavaScript framework experience for user-facing interfaces and front-end integrations is preferred.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
