Responsibilities
- Identify automation opportunities with Fleet Operations teams and translate them into concrete initiatives.
- Build robust multi-step AI agent systems that operate autonomously in real operational workflows.
- Use AI-assisted development tools and partner with software engineering to create durable production solutions.
- Shape the technical direction, platforms, tools, and architecture of Fleet Operations.
- Translate operational challenges into clear technical briefs for Data Science and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience building robust agentic AI systems that move beyond prototypes into real-world operation.
- Understanding of mobility, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Proactive ownership from problem definition through outcome.
- Proficiency in Python, LLM calls, agent frameworks, and data pipelines.
- Fluency in English; German knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to produce maintainable, high-quality code.
