Responsibilities
- Translate client business use cases and technical requirements into technical designs and end-to-end GenAI or agentic AI solutions.
- Evaluate alternative architectures and technologies and select solutions that meet client requirements.
- Define guidelines and benchmarks for scalability, reliability, security, performance, and other non-functional requirements.
- Write and review architecture and high-level design documents for development teams.
- Develop and design solutions using appropriate technologies, patterns, and frameworks.
- Review architecture and designs for extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, and best practices.
- Analyze and resolve code and review issues through systematic root-cause analysis.
- Conduct proofs of concept to validate proposed designs and technologies.
Requirements
- 6+ years of total professional experience.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, including GPT, Llama, Claude, Gemini, Qwen, Mistral, and BERT-family models, and Transformer architectures.
- Expert prompt engineering skills and proven experience implementing RAG architectures and patterns.
- Strong Python proficiency and experience with AI/ML libraries such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, LangSmith, Hugging Face Transformers, Scikit-learn, and PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with fine-tuning, distillation, GenAI evaluation, and metrics such as BLEU, ROUGE, perplexity, semantic similarity, and human evaluation.
- Experience with managed AI/ML services such as Azure Machine Learning Studio or AI Foundry and production deployments on Azure or AWS.
- Strong understanding of vector databases such as Weaviate and Neo4j.
- Ability to build production-ready Python systems, expose APIs with FastAPI, and integrate databases through an ORM such as SQLAlchemy or Tortoise ORM.
- Experience scaling AI solutions for enterprise workloads and delivering at least one production GenAI or agentic AI solution.
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol and contributions to open-source GenAI projects.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- React or another JavaScript framework experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
