Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on ServiceNow development using client scripts, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, data policies, workflow automation, Flow Designer, Integration Hub spokes, Script Includes, catalog items, Service Portal widgets, UI pages, and event/alert rules.
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems, monitoring tools, and operational platforms.
- Develop AI-enabled automation, predictive operations, automated incident response, intelligent service management, and AIOps workflows.
- Integrate machine-learning services, analytics platforms, and intelligent decision engines into ServiceNow workflows.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable technical solutions and provide technical estimates and solution designs.
- Ensure development follows enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and platform governance standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with architects, engineers, product owners, business stakeholders, and mission teams.
- Mentor junior developers and serve as the senior escalation point for complex technical challenges.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- At least five years of experience with full-stack HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development practices.
- At least three years of ITSM development experience.
- Ability to obtain ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification within six months.
- Active Top Secret clearance and ability to obtain TS/SCI with CI Poly are required.
- Ability to pass background and drug screening.
- Preferred: bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred: experience with AIOps, intelligent automation, AI-enabled operational platforms, ServiceNow integrations, monitoring tools, data platforms, operational analytics, federal or defense IT modernization, REST APIs, microservices, automation frameworks, and large-scale enterprise IT environments.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, organization, customer service, and technical-support skills are preferred.
