Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve frontend architecture and standards for Angular and React applications.
- Define, document, and enforce frontend architectural principles company-wide.
- Develop and maintain a shared design system and frontend platform strategy.
- Ensure best practices, reusable patterns, and cross-framework consistency.
- Guide framework coexistence, migration, and modernization strategies.
- Set performance, accessibility, observability, and automated testing standards.
- Collaborate with Product Management, UX Design, and Backend Engineering.
- Advocate for UI, UX, and platform-level improvements.
- Mentor and guide engineers and frontend leads across teams.
- Represent frontend architecture in technical forums and architecture reviews.
- Drive adoption of shared UI libraries, components, and standards.
- Integrate AI-assisted UX patterns into frontend experiences.
- Establish guardrails for responsible AI usage in frontend experiences.
- Define patterns supporting human-in-the-loop UX and feedback in AI interfaces.
- Promote AI-assisted frontend development practices.
- Accelerate delivery while maintaining quality through design-to-code workflows.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Frontend Architect or in a similar leadership role.
- Deep hands-on expertise in modern frontend frameworks, especially Angular and React.
- Strong UI/UX sensibility with the ability to translate user needs into technical solutions.
- Experience developing and scaling shared design systems in complex environments.
- Thorough understanding of frontend performance optimization and accessibility standards.
- Skilled at leading through influence and mentoring senior engineers.
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities with cross-functional teams.
- Track record of delivering AI-enabled user experiences.
- Strong leadership at the intersection of frontend engineering, UX, and AI.
- Passion for improving developer productivity via standards and AI-assisted workflows.
